A
little background info: I believe that our journals are our creative selves
trying to speak to us. As children, we each had stories that we were
inexplicably drawn to, memorized, absorbed. As I began to include my favorite
stories in my art journals, I saw they had subtle messages that they were
trying to send me, if I’d only “tune in”. So I began to pay closer attention to
them and look deeper for their hidden treasures. This is what I’ve done to help
that along. I hope that you’ll use them to uncover your own methods for
channeling your creative child.
